A. DISPENSE Portion using CUT-N-STORE™ Cradle

B. BLEND TM SOLID™ Portion with fingers for 3 minutes. Blending may be easier if fingers are kept wet while blending. Blended TM SOLID™ starts to feel warm when ready to apply.

C. APPLY the blended and ready TM SOLID™ in the next 4 - 5 minutes before setting starts.

NOTE: Remove excess before it hardens. Wash hands with soap and water.

1. Unwrap TM SOLID™ by removing plastic film. There is no need to re-wrap TM SOLID™ since it remains usable for up to 2 years.

2. To dispense one Portion, place the stick of TM SOLID™ even with the edge of the Cut-N-Store™ Cradle that has elevated points.

3. Close the Cut-N-Store™ Cradle around the stick of TM SOLID™. Gentle finger pressure completes the closing and dispensing action.

4. Open the Cut-N-Store™ Cradle until it is fully flat on the table. One Portion has been separated and dispensed by the device.

5. Remove the separated Portion using your fingers. At this stage the bonding action has NOT started. Repeat steps 2 to 5 if more Portions are needed for large job.

6. To prepare TM SOLID™ for bonding, finger blend {knead} the Portion for 3 Minutes. Blending can be made easier by wetting fingers with water, once or twice.

7. After 3 minutes of blending a Portion yields @ 3 square inches of bonding material, which makes for 4 or more sizeable pieces to be used to bond, install, or create.

8. NOTE: When fully blended {after 3 minutes} TM SOLID™ must be applied in 4 - 5 minutes - just before the setting action starts. In 20 minutes bond is cured solid.

When the project is done, close the Cut-N-Store™ Cradle with the remaining TM SOLID™ inside. This will keep it ready and useable for up to 2 years.

HINTS

- Removal of finger/hand jewelry is recommended BEFORE handling TM SOLID™.

- Handy suggestion for easier blending put dispensed portion on paper plate and place in microwave on HIGH setting for 10 seconds.

- Glossy or smooth surfaces should first be roughened by sanding with fabric abrasive (provided in kit).

- A smooth finish on the TM SOLID™ can be obtained by rubbing with wet finger or damp cloth before fully hardened.

- For underwater application press the fully blended TM SOLID™ onto desired surface until bonding is obtained.

- Each TM SOLID™ stick yields about 8 Portions. Each Portion blends to about 3 square inches of bonding material. 

- The full bonding action only starts when a Portion is fully blended. For larger projects dispense several Portions, each of which remains stable until blended. Blend and apply each Portion, one after the other, until the project is complete. TM SOLID™ bonds extremely well to itself, allowing sequenced application.

- TM SOLID™ when dried can be painted, sanded, drilled, sawed and filed.
